Bespoke will be showcasing its AI chatbot “Bebot” which is widely used nationwide, at the “2nd Government & Public Sector DX Exhibition”
Representative Director and CEO of Bespoke, Akemi Tsunagawa, will be attending with their own booth at the 2nd Municipal DX exhibition at Tokyo Big Sight from Wednesday, June 29th to Friday, July 1st, 2022.
Every year, large typhoons, disasters, and most recently, global epidemics have impacted our daily lives. Providing accurate information within an ever-expanding world, Bebot employs AI engineers all over the world and has been developing its own AI technology since 2015.
Bebot began in the hospitality field as an AI chatbot that would deliver “safety and security”, and since 2019, has expanded beyond tourism. Now, Bebot chatbot feature is being introduced as a tool for online assistants for city halls, institutional guidance, and crisis management both domestically and internationally.
The company has grown rapidly since its beginnings and has recently been selected for a government-funded start-up development support program called J-Startup. Additionally, Bespoke’s Akemi Tsunagawa has participated in the government’s Temporary Digital Administration Investigation Committee, as part of efforts to promote digital transformation (DX) in national and local government.
At this year’s exhibition, a QR code will be available in Bespoke’s booth for visitors to experience a demonstration of the actual functions of Bebot!
